We have successfully partnered and built a robust network across all aspects of the housing sector, enhancing our ability to provide comprehensive services with numerous organisations that help locate and address the evolving needs of our clients.
Tom Collins - Director
Tom founded Caerphilly Lettings in 2007 with a vision to create a lettings agency that prioritises both landlords and tenants.
With over a decade of experience and knowledge Tom remains a highly respected figure within Caerphilly. Tom manages our residential rental portfolio but focuses on the house and garden clearance aspect of the business.
As the architect behind the backbone of the business Tom has established a robust platform that has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success. Tom believes in leveraging our success to foster social responsibility, embodying a perfect blend of professional excellence and community dedication.
When Toms not busy working you’ll find him at home cultivating his garden or on the golf course perfecting his swing. Tom passion for nature and sports reflects his dynamic and balanced approach to both life and work.
Craig Coombs – Director
Craig is a highly accomplished real estate investor throughout Wales and England.
Craig has an extensive network of business connections and partners across various industries. This commitment to excellence is mirrored within his philanthropic endeavours, actively supporting and engaging with multiple charities and always seeking ways to assist those in need of accommodation. His commitment to giving back drives our business forward.
Craig never switches off and is constantly on the lookout for the next opportunity. Despite his busy schedule, he is a devoted dad who loves creating lasting memories with his family.
Byron Jones – Director
With over 13 years’ experience in housing ranging from social housing to private/commercial properties, Byron brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Renowned for his meticulous eye for detail, and his commitment to continuous learning ensures that you are always in good hands.
Beyond professional accomplishments Byron is deeply community focused, dedicating significant time and resources, always striving to create a positive impact on the communities we serve.
When away from the office Byron, his wife and daughter – affectionately known as the 3 Musketeers can be found at their favourite Welsh coastal port.
